The Federation of Calgary Communities is a nonprofit composed of neighbourhood associations and other nonprofits focused on urban planning in Calgary. Conducts a breadth of workshops, events, and free classes for community organizations and individuals to build capacity on community organization, business practices, and advocacy work. Offering grants for community-led climate action or placemaking initiatives. Also has an urban planning committee that meets every two months to discuss a general topic around improving the city.
