A volunteer-driven non-profit organization providing recreational, social, and educational programs to help seniors stay active and engaged. Located in NW Calgary, it offers a wide range of activities from fitness classes to arts and crafts, socials, classes, and discounted luncheons. Donations are requested for some events and programs.
