A welcoming space offering peer support for mental health and well-being. Staffed by people with lived experience, providing connection and resources without judgment.

Notes: Programs are led by the Calgary Mental Health Association. Recovery college offers a peer support group at the welcome centre; they have monthly activities like arts and crafts or board games, or drop-in sessions for peer support for people with mental health challenges / mental illnesses.
